1. Who can participate in RSD?
PhD scholars and postgraduate (Master’s) students from any institute, including IIT Palakkad are welcome to participate in the RSD.
2. Can students from other institutes participate in all events?
External students can participate only in the poster presentation. However, they are welcome to attend and be part of the audience for all other events such as expert talks, flash talks, research talks, and panel discussions.
3. Is food and accommodation available?
Food will be provided to registered participants during the event. Accommodation, however, cannot be provided.
4. Is there any registration charge for the event?
There is no registration fee for participants from IIT Palakkad. External participants will have a nominal registration charge.
5. What are the benefits of participating in RSD?
Participants gain multiple advantages, including:
- A platform to showcase research through posters, talks, and flash presentations

6. How can external participants register for the event?
External participants can register through the official registration link provided on the event webpage. All required instructions and deadlines will be mentioned in the form.
7. Will certificates be provided?
Yes. All registered participants, including externals, will receive certificates of participation. Presenters will receive certificates acknowledging their contribution.
9. Can external participants submit more than one poster?
A participant should submit only one poster. The template of the poster will be shared within the registration form.
